1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
  • Personal care items, undergarments, or hygiene-related products.

2. Return Process

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • A return authorization number (RMA).
  • Instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may delay your refund.


3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • U.S. Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
  • If we determine the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sports@tiarat.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will evaluate your claim and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you still have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at sports@tiarat.com.

8. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable service, and you must provide proof of shipment.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed international returns.
