All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier issues, holidays, weather), order processing times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

You can also check your order status directly through your Tiarat Sports account or the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Tiarat Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at sports@tiarat.com. We will work with the carrier to attempt to locate the package or file a claim if applicable.

7. Order Delays

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Customs inspections (for international orders)
  • Carrier service disruptions

We are not liable for delays once the package has been shipped, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

8. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

We will notify you via email when your item becomes available and is ready to ship.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays.

9. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

Packages returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal, or unpaid customs fees may incur additional shipping charges.
